Book Pipeline Unpublished Competition

E.B. White wrote “I admire anybody who has the guts to write anything at all.” After we completed our manuscript, we couldn’t agree more. Back in September, we entered it into a writing competition, and can now reveal the results.

We are incredibly thrilled and honored to announce that our manuscript Still Life has been named a finalist in the 2020 Book Pipeline Unpublished Competition!

Book Pipeline, a division of Pipeline Media Group, is an artist discovery platform for fiction and nonfiction writers, and they aim to seek out and promote new and established authors by connecting them with publishers, agents, and the film industry through events like the Unpublished Competition. There are six categories across all genres, from YA to Literary, and our manuscript was chosen as a finalist in the Mystery/Thriller category.

There were almost 3,000 entries across all categories in the competition this year, and we couldn’t be happier to be one of the 3 finalists. It’s a tremendous honor and opportunity and we can’t wait to join the Pipeline! The next competition, for the 2021 calendar year, will start in December. They also offer an Adaptation Contest for published work seeking film or TV adaptation, which runs concurrently with the unpublished division.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience participating in this competition! To see the results, including the other finalists, follow this link, or visit the Book Pipeline website.
